As of September 2021, quarantine requirements for all international travelers who had received a Health Canada approved vaccine will be lifted. To meet the requirements, travelers must allow 14 days since their last shot and show proof of a negative Covid-19 test that is less than 72 hours old. They also must use the ArriveCAN app or online portal to upload all vaccination details.
